The electronic journal is issued on the basis of the Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1861/4 and 2010/87 for the purpose of scientific and practical support of the State Program "Two-stage system of rehabilitation of vegetative disorders in children living in the zone of radiation (ecological) control of Ukraine". It publishes the materials of theoretical and experimental research, which have a dissertation orientation and relation to the problems of traditional Tshen-tszyu therapy, vegetative rehabilitation and functional-ecological examination of regions of compact residence of the child population of Ukraine.

Information and innovative developments under the indicated directions go under the label "School of Professor V. Makats (Ukraine, Vinnytsia)". The expert council does not always agree with the opinion of the authors of the published materials

The magazine is a structural subdivision of the Ukrainian National Academy of Natural Sciences (UNANS) and the European Center for Postgraduate Education of Physicians (ECPEP).
